At Haddlecrust General Merchandise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or branded items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error caused by us.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us at haddlecrustgeneral@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Once returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Personalized or custom-branded items (unless due to our error)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Digital/technology products once packaging is opened or seal broken
  • Services already rendered

💳 Refund for Services

Refunds on services (branding, tech installations, etc.) are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work already completed.
