- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom or branded items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error caused by us.

- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Once returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Digital/technology products once packaging is opened or seal broken
- Services already rendered

Refunds on services (branding, tech installations, etc.) are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work already completed.
